Citibank Online has made it super easy to manage your Sears credit card online.
Through the online payment portal you can make credit card payments, check your past statements and balances.

If you are a first time user, go to activate.searscard.com to register your card information. If you need to reset your password there is a link at the bottom.

1. In-Store Purchases
This is the basic option that can be used at all stores and any affiliated stores that fall under the Company’s umbrella including (but not limited to) K-Mart, and Land’s End.
As well as more specific company department locations like Repair and Home Services, Travel, Dental, Optical, Portrait Studios and even Flowers!
Though this option is limited to only in-store purchases, its benefits include:
- No annual fee
- Special financing offers
- Monthly coupons and sales events
- $0 liability to unauthorized purchases and identity theft resolution services
Additionally, it makes returns and exchanges or purchasing extended warranties simple by tracking transactions and receipts for you.
There are no extra fees on the Sears credit card if you want to order extra cards for additional family members. A variable interest rate is included, though, so you will want to make your payments in full and on-time each month.
2. Sears Home Services & Improvement Online Account
Owning a home comes with many joys and struggles. When it is time to remodel or upgrade your fixtures and appliances like your sears dishwasher and dryer or refrigerator, it can be a struggle to pay for those appliance replacements up front.
With the Home Improvement Account, homeowners can relish in a low-interest option, designed specifically to help those customers looking for big-ticket items for their home renovation and remodeling projects.
It will also cover items such as windows and doors, vinyl siding, wallpaper, your heating/cooling needs and delivery and installation.
Much like the in-store option, there is no annual fee and identity theft protection with Citi Identity Theft Solutions. This Sears credit card service will cover you with $0 liability for unauthorized purchase and protection against fraud.
3. My Sears MasterCard Online Payment
If you feel constrained by the idea of only in-store use, rejoice at the advantages of the Sears Master Card.
With this option, you will have the ability to make purchases virtually anywhere, get cash advances from banks and pull money from ATM machines. Approved customers can also use this to consolidate balances from other accounts.
The retail credit card offers even more flexibility and incentive than the in-store option. Customers who qualify can enjoy interest-free financing, monthly savings, and promotions, and will also earn points for every dollar spent using their retail credit card.
4. Commercial One
Commercial One was created exclusively for companies and business owners. It provides an efficient way to purchase and monitor transactions with simplified expense tracking and record keeping. Customers can make purchases by phone, fax, and in-store and received itemized invoice details.
With the Sears Commercial One credit card, companies and business owners also receive incentives from the company’s Business Resource Center which provides cardholders with tips and information to make their business more successful.
Starting the Sears Credit Card Application Online
The application process is simple, although qualifying if you have bad credit may prove to be more difficult.
If you aren’t sure of your score you can have a free report run by one of the bureaus. You can apply in person, by phone or mail and online.

Issues with A Cardholder Account?
It should be known that many of the issues surrounding the MasterCard offer mentioned earlier come from its management by Citibank.
Many customers have recently been complaining that their accounts have been sent to collection agencies unjustly. It is wise for any cardholder to monitor their online account closely to make sure they aren’t being taken advantage of.

Important Update: Sears Outlet Store Closing
From 2013 to 2018, nearly half of the Sears stores have shut their doors for good due to. As of February 2018, the company had 1,002 stores left, but they plan to close at least another 166 before 2019.
In 1969 they were the world’s largest retailer and were constructing the world’s tallest skyscraper. Though they were on top for many years, they couldn’t withstand their eventual competition of Wal-Mart in the 1990s and Amazon just 10 short years after that.
By selling off assets that aren’t bringing in a profit, the retailer hopes to raise liquidity and eventually get back on the side of profitability, however, the odds are not looking good.
These closures have affected stores in nearly every state, so be sure to double check that the store nearest you is still open.
Many of those that are closing in the upcoming year will be holding liquidation sales, which could mean some serious bang for your buck.
It also might be wise to redeem some of those points while you still can!
